Adv. Priya Saurabh Gondhalekar

Adv. Priya Gondhalekar has been practising law at District and Sessions court, Family court as well as Bombay high court bench at Aurangabad and has handled number Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, Commercial as well as Constitutional matters. She is serving on the panel of advocates of certain leading banks and government corporations.
She has undertaken drafting and documentation work for certain leading manufacturing and real estate firms.
Adv Priya has been a meritorious student right from school. Prior to law, she pursued her Bachelor of Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in Electronics and Telecommunications and served in some MNCs. Thereafter, she has pursued LLB from BAMU and LLM (Corporate law) from Maharashtra National law university, Aurangabad. She has cleared NET with Junior Research Fellowship from UGC in the year 2019. Due to her inherent inclination towards academics and research, she has enrolled as a PhD scholar at MNLU, Aurangabad and her field of research is "Integration of Artificial Intelligence and Law".
As a matter of giving back to society, Adv Priya is associated as legal consultant with NGOs working in the domain of Women and children. She has conducted number of seminars in multinational companies as well as educational institutions for legal awareness pertaining to Cyber laws and Sexual harassment laws etc. Number of awareness workshops have been held for underprivileged women all across Maharashtra. She has been a part of national level seminars conducted by Maharashtra State Commission for Women and National Commission for Women.She has handled number of cases in in-country as well as inter-country adoption of children.
All in all, Adv. Priya is having multidimensional experience in the field of law and is striving to learn more with each passing day.

Adv. Anagha Pedgaonkar

Miss Anagha has completed her LLB from M.P. Law College by bagging first position in Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in LL.B. batch 2017. She has completed L.L.M. from the same university in 2019 and is pursuing Ph.D at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. She has worked as Teaching Assistant at Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad and is now working as a visiting faculty at the said institute. She is a recipient of Fox Clue’s Top 100 Iconic Women In India Award 2022. She is the founder of a law firm – LEGAL EXPATIATE.
She is amongst 5 students in India selected to intern at Law Commission of India. She has also worked as an intern in National Human Rights Commission, Delhi and Ministry of Law and Justice, Delhi. Miss Anagha has various National and International publications in her name and is being invited as a resource person in different seminars. She is also being invited as a judge at various prestigious moot court competitions; one amongst them is Indian Qualifying Rounds of Phillip Jessup International Moot Court Competition 2022. In addition to this she has bagged best research paper award in the National Seminar organized by ITM University, Delhi in the year 2014-15. Apart from this she has represented Dr BAM University 3 times in National Research conventions and M. P. Law College in different state and National Moot Court Competitions.
In 2018 she had stepped in advocacy by starting practice at Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad and was also elected as member of Bombay High Court Bar Association at Aurangabad for the year 2019-2021.

Adv. Tejal Laharimanohar Vakil

With a fifteen years of experience as an academician ,it’s my foremost duty to impart good educational skill to my students.
I am a Visiting Faculty of Law with a specialization in the above mentioned subjects. With a good educational background and expertise in this field, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my role. I hold an LLM degree, which signifies my advanced understanding of criminal law and constitutional law and its complexities.
As a visiting faculty, I am committed to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment for my students. I strive to impart a deep understanding of the legal principles, theories, and practices, helping students develop critical thinking skills and legal analysis abilities.
My teaching approach emphasizes the application of legal concepts to real-world scenarios, encouraging students to think critically and examine the broader implications of criminal law in society. I aim to create an inclusive and collaborative classroom atmosphere where students feel empowered to express their perspectives and engage in thoughtful discussions.
Alongside my teaching responsibilities, I remain actively involved in scholarly research within the realm of criminal law. I continuously explore emerging trends, developments, and challenges in the field, aiming to contribute to the advancement of legal knowledge and shape the future of criminal law practice.
I am dedicated to maintaining a strong professional network, collaborating with fellow academics, legal practitioners, and organizations to promote interdisciplinary research and foster meaningful connections within the legal community.

Adv. Aummaheshwari Jadhav

Advocate Aummaheshwari Jadhav is a practicing Advocate at High Court of Judicature of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad. She has an experience of 10 years as litigating lawyer. Her expertise is in Writ and Civil litigation.
She is a Panel Advocate for Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited.
She was associated with the Chambers of Hon’ble Shri. Justice R.M.Borde as Research Assistant.
Despite being a hardcore litigating advocate, she has always cherished her love for teaching. So after completing her LL.M. in Business Law, she has been teaching in various Law Colleges of Aurangabad as a visiting faculty since 2013. She has presented various research papers in State and National Seminars.
Advocate Aummaheshwari believes that all law students should contribute to the fraternity of law by assisting/interning in District Courts as well as High Courts.

Ms. Supriya Gandhi Bora

Practising Advocate at High court of Bombay- Bench at Aurangabad and is working as a Guest Faculty at Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad. She has more than four years' of corporate experience. She has worked with esteemed organisations like Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Kool homes. She has been conferred with “Collaboration and Excellence award” for her work at Bajaj Allianz. Thereafter, she junior at the Chamber of Hon’ble Shri Justice S. G. Chapalgaonkar, Aurangabad.
She has done LLB from Navalmal Firodia Law college, Pune (Fergusson College) in 2017. She has completed C.S. (Company Secretary) in the year 2016. While pursuing the degrees, she has actively participated in various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
She has assisted Hon’ble Dr. K. R. Chandratre in book writing- 1. Transfer and Transmission, published in October 2017, 2. Key corporate issues, published in December 2018.
She has conducted Secretarial Audits and Board meetings, AGMs. She has assisted in mergers and acquisitions. She has dealt with matters of revival of Companies at the NCLT. She has been invited as a guest speaker in academic seminars at the ICSI, Aurangabad Chapter. She has actively participated and attended various seminars and conferences.

She is working as an advocate at High Court and Session Court, Aurangabad From last 14 years.
She is also visiting lecture at National law University and M.P.law Law College from last 13 years.
Adv. Asha Sherkhane Katke has qualified B.A, L.L.B, LLM, DIPLOMA IN CYBER LAW, DIPLOMA IN MEDICAL JURISPRUDENCE AND FORENSIC SCIENCE, DIPLOMA IN LABOUR LAW, NET, SET.
She stood first in University in all the Diploma courses, and also pursues Ph.D in Cyber-crime. She handles variety of cases, and is also a panel advocate at Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad.
Adv. Asha Sherkhane is a Chairperson of Child Welfare Committee, Aurangabad
Vice Chairman of Podar International School for the year 2017- 2020, And Member of Internal Complaint Committee.
Adv. Asha Sherkhane Katke is also A member of Women redressal grievance committee At Industrial training centre, kelearc. She is having rich Performa of being invited as a resource person at various Governmental and non-governmental organizations to deliver lecture on current topics. Academically, she is a active researcher and has published and presented various research papers on various subjects at International and National levels. She has also been honoured with The Raashtreey Gaurav Puraskaar and Ideal Teachers award 2020 among other various awards. Adv. Asha Sherkhane, while working as an advocate and Lecturer, firmly believes in social service and provides free legal aid to poor and needy people, and keeps organising blood donation camps on various occasions in different occasions.

Ms. Himakshi Jad

Adv. Hemakshi Jad had been practising law at Bombay High Court, bench at Aurangabad, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT). She is dealing with family Matters, Criminal Matters, Labour and Industrial Matters and Insurance Related Matters.
Adv. Hemakshi Jad has pursued her LLB (Hons)from Gurugobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi in 2008 and thereafter completed her LL.M. ( Corporate Laws) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2010.
Adv. Hemakshi Jad had assisted Supreme Court Lawyers Mr.Bhatti during her intetships. She had assisted Dr. Tamara Relis, London School Of Economics for research works in Delhi.
Adv. Hemakshi Jad hails from Kashmir and assist the Nodal Agency “Kashmiri Samiti”, Delhi in upliftment of displaced Kashmiris Pandits.
Before being associated with Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad, She had been with Indraprastha University Delhi M.P. Law College Aurangabad and Dr. BAMU University. She has taught legal subjects like Legal Research and Methodology, Insurance Laws, Banking Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Insolvency Laws, Labour and Industrial Laws.

Ms.Sadhana Deshmukh

Adv. Sadhana M. Deshmukh is practicing in debt recovery tribunal and high court more than 7 years. She is having teaching experience from 5 years. She completed her B.S.L.L.L.B from ILS law college pune and LLM from V.N. PATIL Law College. She deals with arbitration matters as well professionally. She has taught many subject like medical jurisprudence, criminal psychology. Her specialization is mainly in banking laws.
Connecting with students and sharing practical experiences gives her tremendous satisfaction of teaching.

Adv. Pratima Abhaykumar Ostwal

Adv. Pratima Abhay Ostwal is an academician and has been teaching law since last 13 years. With her 13 years of experience in teaching law, she is associated with MNLUA right from inception. Adv. Pratima has taught Registration of Patents, Corporate Law, and Banking Law & NI Act at MNLUA and has been a guest faculty at M.P.Law College, Aurangabad with teaching experience of 12 years since 2010. She has interned with Hon’ble Justice A. H. Joshi, J. Former Judge, Bombay High Court & Presently, Lokayukta, Goa in 2012. She was also associated as Guest faculty for a brief period with Osmanabad Law College and has taught Corporate Finance, Legal Language & Economics. She has participated in many Seminars touching various facets of legal issues including, Science, Technology & Laws, Corporate Governance, Expanding Horizons of Business Law-Future Challenges and has attended several National level seminars. Adv. Pratima is a voracious reader and had the privilege to introduce a session on Trade Mark and Designs Law in India: The New Era Challenges during workshop on IPR, 2021. Adv. Pratima had been a meritorious student right from school. Adv. Pratima is an alumni of ILS Law College, Pune and has secured First Class in B.S.L., LL.B. (2003-2008). She stood 6th in Merit List and has completed her LL.M. (2008-2010) in Business Law & Administrative Law from University of Pune. She submitted her research paper on ‘Sons of the soil’, ‘Sex determination – ‘Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Prohibition of Sex Selection Act, 1994’, ‘Mental Asylum in India with reference to Mental Health Act, 1987’ etc. She has also pursued Diploma in Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (D.L.L. & L.W.) from University of Pune and Diploma in Cyber Laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune and secured First Class. Adv. Pratima is practising law in Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad and drafting Writ Petitions, Applications, Appeals and Assisting in Research, E-filing etc. She is life member of Advocates Association of Bombay High Court Bench at Aurangabad.
