She has a Graduation degree in B. Pharmacy first division from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada university and postgraduate degree of MBA specialisation Human Resource Management with distinction from university and rank holder from Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management studies, Aurangabad, currently Ph. D scholar at Mahatma Gandhi Mission University, she has total 7+ years of experience in industry and academia before joining the MNLU, Aurangabad.

She has Published papers in international and national level conferences, also published articles in peer reviewed UGC care listed journals, attended faculty development programmes of reputed universities ,attended many conferences related to commerce and management, won the quiz competition organised by National Institute of Personnel Management, Aurangabad chapter also won various presentation competitions. She has also Invited as resource person in many prestigious institutes of Aurangabad. Her areas of expertise include Principles of management, organizational development, and business communication.
