
Ms. Neha Tripathi, is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad. She is also a Ph.D. Scholar at National Law University, Delhi. She has more than five years of teaching experience. She has specialization in Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law. Her areas of interests include Comparative Constitutional Law, South Asian constitutionalism, Constitutional Interpretation, Judicial Processes and Administration Law.
She currently engages courses on Administrative Law, Comparative Constitutional Law and Interpretation of Statutes to undergraduate and postgraduate students of the University. She publishes regularly and has various publications in journals of international and national repute, book chapters and blog-posts. Notably, her paper titled “Constitutional Tale of Religious Freedom: Comparative Study of India and Indonesia” has been published in Constitutional Review by The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (Scopus Indexed). She has presented various papers at global forum like 9th Asian Constitutional Law Forum organized by Institutum Iurisprudentiae, Academia Sinica, Taiwan, Hybrid IACL Round Table in Copenhagen, Denmark: The Impact of Digitalization on Constitutional Law, Symposium on Constitutionalism and Public Law: Global
South Perspectives, Indonesia, 4Th Indonesian Constitutional Court International Symposium (ICCIS), amongst others. She has successfully completed Winter School on “Federalism and Governance 2022 – Federalism and/in Emergency” organized by Eurac Research and Summer Course on “Liberalism Infected: Revisiting Political and Socio-Legal Thought in the Aftermath of COVID-19” organized by Central European University, Budapest. She was awarded “Emerging Law Professor of the Year, 2020” by Indian National Bar Association.
Recently, she has received a grant for the paper titled “Changing Dynamics of Constitutionalism: South Asia’s Tryst with the Constitution” presented at the “Symposium on Constitutionalism and Public Law: Global South Perspectives” organized by Faculty of Law, University of Jember, Indonesia. Currently, she is Assistant Dean, UG-Examinations, Chairperson, Academic Committee and the faculty convenor of the Moot Court Association at MNLU, Aurangabad.
