PROFILE-: Vivek Wilson has started his professional career by practising at the High Court of Allahabad, (U.P) from 2014to 2016, and then in April 2016, he Switched toward academia, then he worked as an Assistant Professor of Law for several years, at various Private Law universities and institutes, from 2016 to 2020 where he taught law courses such as Contract; Torts; C.P.C; CrPC; I.P.C; Evidence law; International law; international trade law and Property law. During this period, he has conducted and judged various national and international Moot Court Competitions in India at various Private Law universities and law institutes. He has also conducted various national and international seminars and conferences. He has also participated in and conducted various Faculty development programmes at a national level. He has also written various articles which have been published in national, peer-reviewed and UGC- CARE list Journals.
At Law School, he was a participant in various national and international seminars and conferences on Human Rights, Law and child and Law science and technology. He has also worked as a law clerk with Hon’ble judges of the Supreme Court and High Court of India. He has also worked as an Internee with the Law Commission of India, Judicial training research institute, small industry development bank of India, State human rights commission, and Delhi Legal Services Authority. He has also perused the Summer Course on International Law at ISIL.
