Mr. Sugat Tajane is working as a Teaching Assistant of Law in Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad. Prior to this, he served as Assistant Professor of Law at the Haveli Institute of Legal Studies and Research, Silvassa (Dadra and Nagar Haveli). He has qualified his Maharashtra SET Exam. He has completed his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Fergusson College, Pune and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from ILS Law College, Pune. He has pursued hisLLM from Symbiosis International University, Pune specializing in Intellectual Property Rights. He has done Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Law. Sir also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from Gujarat National Law University.
Because of his keen interest and knowledge in the field of law Sir was invited as a keynote speaker to address Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, Police Personnel on aspects of Cyber Laws and Cyber Crime Investigation. Sir has published Research Papers in UGC listed journals. He has also participated in different International and National Conferences and faculty development programmes. Sir has also been a part of various legal aid programmes organized by District Legal Services Authority.
