Mr. Raosaheb Bawaskar

Mr. Raosaheb Bawaskar is Teaching Faculty of Political Science at MNLUA, Aurangabad. Apart from this, he holds additional charge as Director-in- Charge, Office of International Affairs, and Public Information Officer at MNLU Aurangabad.

Mr. Raosaheb is pursuing Ph.D. from the Department of Civics & Politics, the University of Mumbai with a specialization in International Relations. He did his M.A. and B.A. from Dr.B.R Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.

Mr. is also instrumental in establishing the independent think tank, the Water Policy Center, (Aurangabad), India where he worked on water diplomacy and security. Before this, he was Assistant Professor of Politics & International Relations in various prestigious colleges in Mumbai city for more than 10 years. He is also a Guest Faculty at National Law University, Odisha; University of Mumbai, & SNDT Women's University, Mumbai.

Mr. Bawaskar is a recipient of the ICSSR-Doctoral Fellowship to research on the Rise of BRICS Countries and Global Power Shift at the University of Mumbai. He has also received Shanghai Government Fellowship at Fudan University (China, 2016); ICSSR Travel Grant (South Africa, 2017), and ISA-travel Grant (Singapore, 2015).

He has published numerous research articles in Scopus indexed journals, book chapters, and commentaries to prominent media. He writes on BRICS, global power shift, China's foreign policy, and water diplomacy.

He has delivered lectures in various forums, and presented papers in national & international conferences in Singapore, China, and South Africa; participated in BRICS Academic Forum (Goa); India Think Tank Forums (New Delhi); NDB Bank Annual meeting (Shanghai, China), etc.

Mr. Bawaskar has organized several international conferences; received foreign delegations of academics, diplomats, CEO and students for an academic excursion. He has also Co-founded the Mumbai School of Thought- a foreign policy forum based in Mumbai.
