Mr. Akash Mangesh Shahapure
Mr. Akash Mangesh Shahapure is working as Assistant Professor of Economics. He joined the University in 2018. He has more than four years of teaching experience in the University. His areas of interest include Modern Microeconomics, Monetary Economics, Development Economics, Public Economics etc. Apart from teaching he is also Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor from 2021. He is also handling an additional charge of Warden (Boys' Hostel) at MNLU-Aurangabad from 2019. He also holds key positions in several other committees of the University.
Qualifications
Mr. Akash Mangesh Shahapure did his graduation in Arts from Yeshwant Mahavidyalaya, Nanded in 2014. He was the University topper of Economics in Graduation. He did his Post-graduation in Applied Economics from the Department of Economics, School of Social Sciences, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded in 2016. He was awarded University Gold Medal for Securing Highest Marks in PG. He cleared both National Eligibility Test (NET) as well as Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (SET) for the subject of Economics in first attempt. He has also completed Certificate Courses in Environmental Economics, Health Economics, Human Rights etc.

Mr. Akash Shahapure has participated in many National and International Conferences. He has been a faculty coordinator and part of organizing committees of many National Seminars, Workshops, Faculty Development Programmes etc. conducted by the Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad.
Courses
His areas of interest include Money, Banking and Public Finance, Modern Microeconomics and Development Economics.
He has taught General Principles of Economics, Money, Banking and Public Finance, Indian Economy and Law and Economics to B.A. LL.B. Hons. and has also taught Macroeconomics and Indian Economy to BBA LL.B. Hons. He is also one of the course coordinators of one year executive diploma course on Water Laws, Policy and Governance started by the University.
