Dr. Nagesh Dinkarrao Kulkarni is a retired officer from Bombay High Court after served in law and judiciary for 37 years. During service career, he came across variety of cases under different laws. He used to conduct classes for training the staff members while in service. He completed his LL.B. and LL.M. from M.P. Law College, Aurangabad, in First Class while in service. He has done his Ph.D. in law on the topic “The Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 – A Critical Study” from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. He was invited as a resource person for conducting guest lectures in the judicial academy at Uttan, Mumbai, on the subject “The Prevention of Corruption Act” for newly directly recruited District Judges and for Public Prosecutors.
