Dr. Kumar Saurabh is working as Assistant Professor of Management at Maharashtra National Law University Aurangabad. Dr. Saurabh has more than ten years of teaching and industry experience. Prior to joining the university he had worked with prestigious organizations like ICFAI University, Dehradun, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida and IILM Graduate School of Management, Greater Noida. Dr. Saurabh was adjudged with the Best Teacher Award at ICFAI University, Dehradun on September 5, 2022. He has also won three the best paper awards for presentations at international conferences organized by Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode; Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, Prayagraj; and ICFAI University, Jaipur. He has also published papers in various journals of repute including Scopus indexed and ABDC listed journals. His area of research is investor behaviour. He has conducted sessions for Ph. D. scholars, researchers and faculty members on research methodology. He has also conducted sessions as resource persons during faculty development peogrammes.
