Prof. Dr. K. V. S. Sarma

Professor of Law

He was appointed as a Vice Chancellor, Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad from 20th August, 2019 (Five years term). Prof. K.V.S. Sarma was born on 24th May, 1961 in Nagpur, Maharashtra State. Prof. Sarma obtained his B.Com. Degree from S.V. University in 1980, B.L. Degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University in 1983 and M.L Degree from Andhra University in 1989.

He secured “Rao Saheb Venkaiah Gold Medal” for securing highest marks in M.L from Andhra University. He secured Ph.D. Degree on “Consumer Protection Act- A Socio Legal Study” from Berhampur University in the year 2000.He enrolled as an Advocate on 11-11-1983 in the State Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh. He also practiced as an Advocate from 1983 to 1986 in Visakhapatnam. He started his teaching career from 17th April, 1989. He worked as a Lecturer in M.R.V.R.G.R. Law College, N.V.P. Law College, and P.R.R. Law College. He also worked as Registrar, NALSAR UNIVERSITY OF LAW, Hyderabad : i)17th July, 2008 to 25th July, 2011; ii) 20th March, 2012 to 27th February, 2013.

He also worked as Visiting Faculty, P.G. College of Law, Osmania University from 1993 to 1999. He joined as an Assistant Professor in the NALSAR UNIVERSITY OF LAW, HYDERABAD in the year 1999. He became Associate Professor in the year 2000 and Professor of Law in the year 2005. He was the member of Academic Council, Executive Council, General Council and Planning Board of NALSAR UNIVERSITY OF LAW.

He also worked as Chairman of P.G .Committee and also Post Graduate Research Committee. He was a member-legal expert and also Vice Chairman Ethics Committee of NIZAM INSTITUE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, HYDERABAD from 2009 to 2018. He was also nominated as a Legal Expert in Stem Cell Research Committee of NIZAM INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, HYDERABAD.

He received Best Teacher’s Award from the State Government of Telangana on 5th September, 2018. He was a member of Board of Studies in several Universities and Visiting Faculty in several National Level Institutions. He is also associated with UPSC in different capacities. He also held “Consumer Law Chair Professor, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, New Delhi” in NALSAR UNIVERSITY OF LAW. He also held Convener, Common Law Entrance Test (Implementation Committee) from 2008 to 2013.

He also initiated and started MBA course in NALSAR UNIVERSITY. He is also a Subject Expert in Selection Committees of various Universities for selecting Professors.

He was nominated as a Presiding Arbitrator in a dispute between NTPC AND SINGARENI COLLIERIES LTD., (Disputed amount is Rs. Thirty Eight Crores). He was also nominated by SEBI as a Panel Arbitrator in National Commodity and Derivative Exchange Ltd., He was nominated as a Permanent Arbitrator by Water Health India Pvt., Ltd., (a Multinational Company) in all disputes between the company and various Panchayats in India.

He guided more than hundred LLM dissertations and three scholars secured PhDs under his guidance. He wrote a) Modern Law of Insurance in India, foreword was given by N.A. Palkiwala, Published by Lexis Nexis Butterworth India Ltd., b) Criminal Law, foreword was given by Justice B.P. Lokur, former Judge, Supreme Court of India, Published by Thomson Reuters Corporation.

He was also Chief Editor for Business Law Text Book, Published by Telugu Academy, State Government of Andhra Pradesh which is a prescribed text book for B.Com., and BBA students in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States.

He is also a Member of the Standing Committee of the Legal Education Committee of the Bar Council of India.

Prof. Dr. Kondaiah Jonnalagadda
Professor of Law and Dean

Prof. Dr. Kondaiah Jonnalagadda has more than twenty years of teaching and research experience. He joined as Professor of Law at MNLU-A (From July, 2018). Prior to this, he worked as Associate Professor of Law at National Law University, Odisha. He was also Director, Distance Education, NLUO, Swayam Coordinator, Convenor, PG Studies, Convenor Research and Development Committee at NLUO. He was also member of Academic Council, NLUO (2016-2018). He was also associated with National Law Institute University, Bhopal (M.P.) as Assistant Professor of Law (September, 2006-April, 2016). He also has association with the Dept. of Legal Studies, University of Madras as Student, University Research Fellow (2002-05), and Project Assistant in Chair in IPR, MHRD, GOI (2005-06,).

He was the Gold medallist in his Master of Law from University of Madras, In addition to this He was also recipient of various academic honours namely, i. L.C.Miller Medal 2002 (Gold Medal) ii. The Dr. A.L. Mudaliar Prizes 2002 iii. Justice M.N. Rao Prize 2002 iv. Best Student Award in M.L, (The Mylapore Academy, Chennai) (2002) and fellowships are i. 2002/2005 University Research Fellowship for pursuing Ph.D., University of Madras. ii. 2002/2005 Samburarayar Endowment Scholarship iii. 2003 Indian Council Of Social Science Research Study Grant and has also been Resource Person to the Institute of Distance Education, Madras University (2002-06) to deliver lectures on PCP programmes relating to Diploma in Law. Besides these academic and research endeavours, he has been participating in extra-academic activities.

He has been the Visiting Faculty to Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar (2009), RMNLU, Lucknow(2009), KIIT, Odisha (2014), and the Institute of Company Secretaries Institute, Chennai (2005-06). He is also member National Indian Competition Experts- Cartel Working Group (NICE-CWG) 2020-2021, Competition Commission of India He was also vice-chancellor In charge of MNLUA (December 2018 to August 2019). Presently, he is member of General Council, Executive Council and Academic Council of MNLU-Aurangabd He has published two books namely a. Securities Law, 2015(Lexis Nexis b. Law Relating NRI Marriages (s. Gogia& Company,2009) His Areas of interest include, Private International Law, Corporate Law, Securities Law, International Law and Competition Law.

Prof. Dr. A. Lakshminath
Distinguished Professor Emeritus

Academic & Administration Prof. Dr. A. Lakshminath is a rare combination of an erudite scholar, an astute administrator, a relentless researcher and a revered teacher in the legal fraternity. For the past 52 years, he served with single-minded devotion in the academia in law in multiple capacities across the country as Founder Chancellor, D.S. National Law University, Visakhapatnam (A.P.); and, Founder Pro-Chancellor Emeritus as well as Founder Vice-Chancellor, Chanakya National Law University. Prof. Lakshminath has rendered selfless service to the cause of legal education by strengthening both the Universities that continue to compete with 20 other National Law Universities as Centres of Excellence in Legal Education. He has been teaching Law since the year 1967 to thousands of students who became eminent lawyers, jurists, public figures, judges and academicians, among others. To date he has guided more than 550 LL. M. dissertations, 360 project reports, 92 Ph.D. degrees in Law and 9 LL.D. degrees which is a RECORD by itself. He has authored/coauthored 13 Books and 170 Articles in reputed Journals. He was the Editor of seven law journals of national and international repute.Prof. Lakshminath has served the cause of legal education in almost all parts of the country. Starting his teaching career in Nagpur University, Prof. Lakshminath later served as its Dean of Faculty of Law, and then taught at the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, and served as the Principal and Dean of Law Faculty at Andhra University. He was appointed Professor-Registrar and Dean, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad before finally shifting to Bihar to establish and lead the Chanakya National Law University, Patna for 12 years. In a rare and unprecedented gesture the Bihar legislature amended the University Act to continue his dedicated services to the University for five more years after completion of Seventy years of age. In yet another unique and rare gesture the Government of Andhra Pradesh has reappointed him for a second term as Chancellor of D. S. National Law University of Andhra Pradesh. In between these major innings, he continued to enrich himself and the legal community – nationally and internationally. He was Fulbright Visiting Professor at the University of Massachusetts, U.S.A., Fellow of Salzburg Seminar, Austria and Visiting Professor at Banaras Hindu University, and Guest Professor at Fort Valley State University, Georgia, USA, amongst many other universities and institutions. He has participated in more than 200 national and international seminars and symposia and has either presided over or delivered key-note addresses in more than 170 academic meets in India and across the globe including USA, UK, Japan and Europe.
Clinical Legal Education Prof. A. Lakshminath has contributed immensely to the clinical legal education by spreading legal awareness and organizing legal aid camps, amongst the masses, especially the underprivileged and marginalized sections of society throughout the country. As project director of the NHRC’s human rights literacy program, he facilitated publication of books on human rights in four South Indian Languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada). As a senior consultant to the Andhra Pradesh government, he successfully completed projects on judicial process and good governance. As director of United Nations Development Program (UNDP), he organized several sensitization programs on Environmental Awareness in remote, far-off and inaccessible areas.
Social Cultural Prof. A. Lakshminath has relentlessly worked towards promoting sociocultural understanding and integration by heading voluntary organizations for the cause of communal harmony, linguistic minorities and consumer rights. He was president of cultural associations, cooperative housing society, consumer and environmental forums, and vice-president of Hindu Muslim welfare associations. He was visiting professor at National Fire Service College of India, Nagpur; and, L.B.S. National Academy of Administration, Mussorie, etc. He was the founder director of Department of Legal Studies in Dr. Ambedkar College, Deeksha Bhoomi, Nagpur.
Awards & Honors Recipient of many awards and honors, Prof. A. Lakshminath was conferred Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon Best Law Teacher Award in 2012 for SAARC countries for his long and distinguished services to legal education and legal profession, Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Education Award in 2008 and Lifetime Achievement Award by International Educators for World Peace, Alabama, USA in 2007. It is very appropriate to quote Padmashri N.R. Madhava Menon, with “There are few legal academics still serving the cause of legal education with devotion and commitment credited to Prof. A. Lakshminath. As a teacher, he excels in class and is admired by students for clarity of expression and depth of learning. As a colleague, law teachers take him as an elder brother who can be approached for help in resolving difficult legal problems. He has become an institution by himself.” Prof. A, Lakshminath served as a member, Bihar State Law Commission, and member, Accreditation Committee of Legal Education and the Directorate of Legal Education of Bar Council of India. He was Executive Member of the Commonwealth Legal Education Association; and member of the Governing Council of the Indian Law Institute. He was Governor on the Board of Governors of Doon School, Dehradun.

Prof. (Dr.) Y. F. Jayakumar
Professor of Law

Prof. (Dr.) Y. F. Jayakumar is having teaching career spanning over 30 years. Presently Prof. (Dr.) Y.F. Jayakumar is the Professor of Law at MNLU-Aurangabad. He was the Principal, Pendekanti Law College, Hyderabad. Formerly he was Professor and Dean, Faculty of Law, Osmania University and Satavahana University. He was a visitor to Sardar Vallabhai Patel National Police Academy, Marri Chenna Reddy Institute of Human Resources and International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR), Hyderabad.

He is a Life Member of Indian Institute of Constitution and Parliamentary Studies, and was a Member of Governing Council of Indian Law Institute. He authored and edited four books on “Climate Change and Environmental Law” (2019), “Consumer Law and Redressal Mechanism” (2018), “Horizons of Family Law in India” (2017) and “Human Rights and New Challenges” (2015) and authored number of Articles in Legal periodicals.
Prof. Jayakumar has been invited as a panel speaker and resource person in 5th World Congress, at Halifax, Canada, in 2009 on Socio-legal Aspects of Surrogacy; Asian Law Institute Conference at Malaysia, in 2010 on Conciliation and Mediation in Family Courts; 9th World Congress at Oslo, Norway, in 2014 on Reproductive Health Care Justice. Prof. Jayakumar is subject expert in Family Law, Constitutional Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Law of Evidence.

He is the co-ordinator for production of e-content program in law based on UGC. Apart from this, Prof. Jayakumar has an association with National Law Schools, Universities and other Academic Bodies in India as Subject-Expert of UGC- Nominee. He has supervised and produced 20 PhD’s in Law of different universities.

Prof. Dr. B. H. Choudhary
Professor of Law

Dr. B. H. Choudhary, currently is Professor of Law at MNLU-Aurangabad who began his teaching career since 18th June, 1984 onwards. He worked as a Principal (Professor Grade) from 14th July, 2003 to 31st August, 2019 at Law College Osmanabad, Maharashtra (Govt. aided). During his Principalship good Infrastructure was developed. Due to his efforts the entire sanctioned posts filled on full time basis and also responsible to get the college ‘permanent affiliation’ status.

He also took efforts to get the college covered under section 2(f) and 12(b) of the UGC act. He guided number of Law students/Advocates for the preparation of JMFC examinations. Conducted State level as well as National level Moot-Court Competitions very effectively by inviting various Judges from different High Courts and Supreme Court of India

He was the Member of the Managing Board of Shri. Swami Vivekananda Shikshan Sanstha , Kolhapur. He was Dean-Faculty of Law, apart from Chairman-Board of Studies in Law, Member of Academic Council and Senate of Dr. Babasaheb Marathwada University , Aurangabad. He was also Member of Board of Studies in Law at SRT Marathwada University Nanded as well as Solapur Universities. He was invited as a member in the statute preparation committee for prevention of malpractice in examination in the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. He was also a member in the Rules Preparation Committee for Law CET in Maharashtra during 2016.

He was invited as a resource person for State, National and International Seminars and Conferences. He was a research guide and external referee for Ph.D Students in various Universities. He was awarded ‘Gold Medal’ by Andhra University for his best Ph.D thesis in the year 2000.He was also conferred ‘Vasantrao Kale Jeevan Gaurav Puraskar’ in the field of Law during 2013. He visited Stanford Law School (Stanford University), U.S.A in the year 2014.

Prof. (Dr.) Abdul Hakeem
Professor of Law

Prof. (Dr.) Abdul Hakeem, Professor of Law, at MNLU-Aurangabad. He completed his Master’s degree in Law from the University Department of Law, University of Bombay, in the year 1990. He did his Ph.D. in Law from Kakatiya University, India on “Concept of Crime and Punishment in Islamic Law –A Jurisprudential Study” in the year 2003. He has specialized in Personal and Criminal Laws and has a teaching experience of more than 29 years, including 3 years of administrative experience as Principal.

He authored a book “Family and its Institutions”published by NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India and the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Hyderabad, India. He was the examiner for Post Graduate diploma course in Family Dispute Resolution conducted by NALSAR University of Law, and the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution. He was invited as a subject expert on Islamic Law in four episodes of Qanoon ki Baat (Talks about Law), one hour TV shows produced by ETV (a prominent Television Channel in India) which were telecast live in several countries. He has conducted several Moot Court Competitions and Seminars. He is interested in research and teaching different subjects in Law. He was the Foreign Examiner for Ph.D. Thesis evaluation for Aligarh Muslim University, India.

He was the Academic Advisor for the Department of Law, Supervisor of Graduation Research program for the Final Semester students, member of the Course Portfolio Preparation Committee, conducted online interviews of new recruits for the Department and also the Co-ordinator of the Quality Assurance Unit, College of Business Administration, Jazan University, Jazan –KSA.

Dr. Ashok P. Wadje

Considering his keen interest in his field of expertise and learning he was invited by National Commission of Women, New Delhi, (NCW) Parliamentary Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances, Law and Justice and Maharashtra State Commission on Women, Ministry of Law and Justice, Bureau of Police Research & Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India for several consultation and related programmes about review of laws. He has also been invited as experts in various academic programmes by conducted UGC Human Resource Development Centre, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), District and Sessions Court, Superintendent of Police (S.P.) of Nanded district, several Law Schools and National Law Universities in India for several programmes. Dr. Tanaya Tarai
Associate Professor of Law

Dr. Tanaya Tarai is the Officer on Special Duty for academics at MNLU-Aurangabad. She has more than Seventeen years of teaching experience. Previously, she served as the Vice-Principal of Ganjam Law College. She has done her Ph.D. in Law from Berhampur University, Odisha. She has taught courses like Contracts, Administrative Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, etc. She has a number of publications in reputed law journals on topics like Copy Right to Computer Software a Legal Studies, Rights or Curse in Disguise, Abuse of Position and Rights of Girl Child, Protection of Rights of Migrant Labours- With reference to Odisha, The National and International Norms and Treaties for Old age Protection, Identifying Common Strength for Legal Aid and Legal Empowerment to strengthen Access to Justice in India,Supreme Court rules over cooling period for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act, Free legal Aid in India & Role of Judiciary, Martal Rape:A Comparative International Legal Studies, Advantage of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility): A Case Study on Development programme in Tribal Areas of Odisha and Jharkhand and also authored several books dealing with the issues of women, children, and South Asian Trade Laws & Indo-Sri Lanka Free Trade to her credit. She was also working as Legal Officer in a Sri Lanka bassed company, served as Social Worker for the Lok-Adalat cases and associated with the District Legal Services Authority as a Trainer to the PLVs.

Ms. Mahenaz Azizul Haque
Asst. Professor of English

Ms. Mahenaz Azizul Haque is working as the Assistant Professor of English at Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad since September 2017. She completed her graduation as well as post-graduation in English Literature from R.T.M. Nagpur University, Nagpur. She cleared SET in 2016 in her very first attempt. She holds an M. Phil. Degree and is currently pursuing Ph.D. in English from Gondwana University, Gadchiroli (Maharashtra). With more than four years of teaching experience, she has taught papers such as General English (Grammar and Phonetics), Business Communication, English Literature, Law and English Language. Being the Founding Faculty of this university, she holds the additional charge of Assistant Dean, Examination (UG) and Warden, Girls’ Hostel of the university. Besides being nominated as member of Academic Council and Building Committee, she has also held key positions in several other committees of the university. She has participated in various national and international seminars, conferences, FDPs, etc. and is also involved in organizing such programmes in the university. As the Faculty Convener of Cultural, Debating and Literary Society, she has been actively involved in encouraging students’ participation in various extra-curricular activities.

Mr. Rahul Pandurang Kosambi
Asst. Professor of Sociology

Mr. Rahul Pandurang Kosambi completed his graduation from Mumbai University and M.A. (Sociology) from Mumbai University. He completed NET. He was awarded Sahitya Academy Yuva Puraskar 2017 for his book ‘UBHA- AADAVA’. He is pursuing Ph. D. and the area of his research is “New Dalit Middle Class: Negotiations, Identity and Politics.” His interest involves study of caste- class and religion in socio-political processes and moments in India and Maharashtra. He has published extensively on these topics regularly in reputed Marathi Journals.

Ms. Deeksha Padmakar Ingle

Ms. Deeksha Padmakar Ingle obtained her B.A. graduation from Mumbai University with specialization in Ancient Indian Culture. She obtained her M.A. in History from IGNOU, New- Delhi. She cleared SET.

Mr. Md Yusuf Hayath
Asst. Professor of Law

Mr. Md Yusuf Hayath is an Asst. Professor of Law at MNLU-Aurangabad. He holds a LL.M with specialization in Constitutional Law from Post Graduate College of Law (O.U), Basheerbagh, Hyderabad. He has cleared UGC-NET as well as AP/TS/TN/KA-SET/SLET’s examinations in the year 2018. He has completed PG Diploma in Cyber Laws from NALSAR University. Before being a part of MNLU-Aurangabad family he has worked as Assistant Professor of Law in Pendekanti Law College, Hyderabad. His previous experience includes helping students in Moot preparations as well as Legal Quiz preparations. He is a recipient of ‘Sri Duvvuri Narasaraj and Duvvuri Narasamma Memorial Gold Medal’ in LLM-Constitutional Law for the batch 2018 on 80th Convocations of Osmania University held on 17-06-2019 at Hyderabad. He has done LL.B from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Apart from Constitutional Law his areas of interests includes Judicial Processes and Precedents, Law of Torts, Human Rights Law, International Relations, Citizenship and Emigration Laws, Administrative Law, Environmental Laws, Gender Justice and Law Relating to Women. He has attended workshops as well as published ISBN/ISSN articles in various University conferences such as BHU, Kakatiya University, Acharya Nagarjuna University, Utkal University, Osmania University, Andhra University etc. He is a fernweh and also a sportaholic especially in Lawn Tennis.

Ms. Neha Tripathi
Asst. Professor of Law

Ms. Neha Tripathi specializes in Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law. She is a graduate of NLIU, Bhopal and School of Law, KIIT UNIVERSITY. Before joining MNLU, Aurangabad, she has taught courses on Jurisprudence, Mining Law, International Human Rights Law, Media Law, International Criminal Justice and Human Rights at NUSRL, Ranchi and School of Law, Sharda University. When she was in her second year, she interned under Prof. G V Ajjappa (Adjunct Professor), NLSIU, Bangalore. She has published various articles in peer-reviewed journals, books and presented papers at national conferences, on various issues of Constitutional Law and Human Rights. She received an award for the paper on “Power to Grant Pardons: Controversies and Contradictions” presented at a Conference “The Vista of Constitutional Law”, organised by Colloquium Opus, at National Law University, Odisha in 2011. She also received Researcher Award for being member of the winning team, 29th Bar Council of India Moot Court Competition. She was also adjudged 2nd (Runners Up), in the Law Quiz, conducted as a part of 11th Justa Causa Law Festival, organised by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. Ms. Neha has been actively involved in various centers and committees as faculty member during her assignment at NUSRL, Ranchi and School of Law, Sharda University. She was the Faculty Convenor of Moot Court Society and Library Committee at Sharda University. She has also organised various National-level competitions and conferences like 3rd Anand Swaroop Gupta Memorial Moot Court Competition, organised by School of Law, Sharda University in 2018.

Ms. Soumya Rajsingh
Asst. Professor of Law

Ms. Soumya Rajsingh has done her B.A, LL.B (Hons) From National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam with International Law and Business Law specialization and completed her LL.M in International Law from Faculty of Legal Studies, South Asian University. She was the holder of South Asian University Merit scholarship for the year 2016-17 and 2017-18. Ms. Rajsingh takes an immense interest in emerging legal dynamics. Her area of research and teaching Interests are Public International Law, Transnational Commercial Law, and International Commercial Arbitration, International Trade Law, Conflict of Laws, International Investment Law, International Environmental Law and Human Right Law, Constitutional Law and comparative constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Commercial Laws She has extensively work on the topic, “ Jurisdictional Aspect of Cross Border Insolvency; a critical analysis of the Indian Legal system.” in her LL. M Dissertation. She has a number of National, as well as international publication, also participated in a number of conferences. During her Law school, she went under number of internships, including Judicial, Industry and Different Research centers.

Ms.Sakshi Gupta
Asst. Professor of Law

Ms. Sakshi Gupta is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad, who joined immediately after completing her Masters in Corporate Law (LL.M) from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2019. She stood amongst the top 3 with a CGPA of 8.03. She cleared UGC JRF- NET exam in her first attempt while pursuing LL.M. She did her graduation from USLLS, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi in 2018 ranking amongst the top 3 of her batch. She was awarded a Gold Medal for her consistent academic excellence during school.

She is currently the Chairperson of Internship and Placement Cell of the University along with being a member of various other Academic and Post Graduate Committees. She has been invited as Guest Speaker for various academic events and as a Judge to many prestigious Moot Court Competitions. She has various paper publications in reputed Journals to her credit. She has participated and presented research papers in various National/ International Seminars and Conferences. Her essay on Sustainability and development won an award in International Legal Essay Writing Competition organized by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. She has interned at many Tier -1 Law Firms like Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Cyril Amarchand, Khaitan and others during her Law School. She has participated in various Moot Court Competitions and was declared the ‘Winner’ and ‘Best Advocate’ in the 3rd Justice PB Sawant National Moot Court Competition, Pune.
She has administered courses on Competition Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Law of Project Finance, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Rights, Legal Methods, Environmental Law for both UG and PG students. Her areas of interest include Company Law, Competition Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Securities Laws (SEBI Regulations).

Mr. K.Vinay Kumar

Mr. K. Vinay Kumar, faculty of Political Science in MNLU-Aurangabad. Before Joining MNLU-A, he worked as an Assistant Professor of Political Science in GITAM (Deemed to be University) for three years. He is presently pursuing Ph.D. from Osmania University on Chinese strategic expansion in South Asia. He did his Masters in Political Science from Andhra University in the year 2013-15 and received Prathiba Award from the government of Andhra Pradesh. He has also received D.V. Subba Rao memorial award from Andhra University. He did his post graduate diploma in environmental studies (PGDES) and Post graduate diploma in English language and linguistics (PGDELL) from Andhra University. He cleared his UGC-SET and UGC-NET in the year 2015. His areas of Interests are India’s relations with neighboring countries, maritime security issues and terrorism.
